They are stunning looking rods and im am over the moon with how they cast and play fish. You're not seeing the results that you should. There is a community discussing Daiwa Tournament. Harrison Ballista hands down. The design of the spool on big pit reels means less friction occurs between the line and the lip of the spool on the cast. Using fully slack lines can be used to good effect. But on a south westerly wind well that's a different story as its normally a warm wind. I have to apologize for it. It has a very small diameter. Wynchwood rogue 80 is just not graceful or efficient. You'll be surprised at the castability.

The real seat is Berkeley's own design and is very compfy to cast with and play fish on. It also has no memory so it is very easy to work with.
This means that greater distances can be achived as well as increased accuracy at distance. Just Chum some out in your casting range put some on a hook sit back and have fun. Daiwa infinity reels is not the only way, but it is the easiest way. The rule is floating baits, and if its a few inces below the surface then its not a floating bait. Look for tight clusters of bubbles in the margins(near to the bank) also in the summer they leap out of the water quite a bit so that's a big plus. I challenge anyone to find me a better all-round package.
It depends what type of lake you fish as well is it a day ticket water or a club water?. Gravel will give a donk, but you have to have the line under control and tight so that you do feel it. Some devout carpers think that the braided can injure the carp. Perhaps I may be a bit confused about this.
I feel a little overwhelmed trying to decide which Daiwa Emcast EVO to tackle first. Carp anglers are usually secret about their baits, but it may be worth the risk of asking what baits they are using when the majority of anglers are mot catching. I get almost no breakoffs with the power pro, just the ocasional snag that takes the rig. If you normally use 10lb mono, try a 20lb power pro braided. However the ones i use are Delkims, they are the best alarms on the market i would say. Best of which was 28lb, Which according to the locals were uncatchable. I'll say again, make sure your bread ball is at least the size of a golf ball. So the process is cast, then feather the line whilst in the flight then do i literally just stop the line before it enter water. These reels are designed specifically for specimen anglers. They come with fuji eyes and a stainless but cap. Travel light with a pair of polaroid shades and stalk your fish around the pool.
I've just bought Delks and so far ive not had a major problem.
